This Cancellation Policy explains timelines, fees (if any) and refund processing for bookings made through Flexxistay. We aim to keep the process simple while balancing operational readiness at our partner properties.
2. Free Cancellation Window
- Hourly & Short‑Duration Stays: Free cancellation up to 2 hours before scheduled check‑in time.
- Full‑Day / Overnight Stays: Free cancellation up to 4 hours before scheduled check‑in.
- Cancellations after these windows may incur partial charges (see Section 4).
3. How to Cancel
You can request a cancellation using any of the following methods:

- Reply to confirmation SMS (if enabled) with keyword CANCEL.
Provide your Booking ID, guest name, and check‑in date for faster processing. You will receive a cancellation confirmation reference.
4. Late Cancellation & No‑Show

Hotels may waive fees in documented emergencies; decisions are at sole discretion of hotel management.
5. Refund Processing
- UPI / Wallet / Card: 5–10 working days (bank gateway dependent).
- Cash Pre‑payment: Refunded at property during cancellation confirmation (if visit occurs) else via bank transfer within 7 days.
- GST components refunded where legally applicable; irreversible taxes or gateway fees may be excluded.
We will issue a confirmation email/SMS upon initiating refund.
6. Booking Modifications
Instead of cancelling entirely you may request:
- Time Shift: Adjust start time subject to availability (may alter pricing).
- Duration Upgrade: Extend stay—difference payable at prevailing rate.
- Guest Count Change: Additional guests must meet ID requirements and room capacity limits.
Some modifications near peak hours can convert to partial cancellation—support will clarify best option.
7. Exceptions & Force Majeure
If cancellation is due to events beyond guest control (medical emergency, natural disasters, government restrictions), supporting documentation may entitle fee waivers or full refunds.
8. Property-Level Variations
Individual partner hotels may have slightly stricter rules during peak demand periods or festive seasons. These will be communicated at booking time or via confirmation message.
